Ingredients

  • 200gm till
  • 150gm Mawa
  • 100gm bura
  • 1/2tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped nuts per choice

Instructions

  • Take a pan dry roast til till light brown and cool down and grind .
  • Take another pan roast mawa in medium flame 2 to 3 minutes.
  • When mawa roast the add til powder and bura (power sugar) mix well and make a dough.
  • Take a foil paper or butter paper and spread the dough with the help of roller.
  • Add chopped nuts into the til bura dough and roll slowly.
  • After roll the dough rest half an hour in refrigerator and cut the round shape.
  • Til maws roll is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Use jaggery power to make a mawa roll.
