Ingredients

  • 1 cup dedicated coconut
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6-7 Eli chi
  • 1/4 cup pistachio
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • Few strands kesar
  • Food colour green and orange

Instructions

  • Grind pistachios and powder it.make elaichi pd
  • Heat a pan put ghee,add milk and stir,then slowly add milk powder in small portions and stir continuously then add sugar and mix till smooth mixture.
  • Then add desiccated coconut,add elaichi powder.
  • cook the mixture till it looks like thick consistency to set.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Dividethe mixture into three parts.
  • .Add in one part pista powder,little green colour and mix.
  • put in a desired shape mould and allow to set in fridge for few hours.
  • Take another part add kesar and orange food colour,and give shape.
  • And the third part to remain white.
