Ingredients

  • For Frying:
  • for deep frying
  • Ghee or oil,
  • For ghevar
  • 2tbsp Ghee
  • 2 ice cube
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup water
  • For cream cheese frosting :
  • 1 lit. Milk
  • Lime juice
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2-3 drop venila accence
  • Green,orange food color

Instructions

  • Ghevar method : take a large wide bowl and add solidified ghee in it. Take one ice cube at a time and rub the ghee. Take more ice cubes as required till the ghee becomes very white in colour. Then remove ice cubes and add flour , water and mix it and make smooth batter Fill half container of ghee or oil. heat it , and pour batter in center little by little continue this process 10-12 times. Fry till brown color and take out from to ghee or oil.
  • Frosting Method : In a bowl add milk and heat it. When milk is boiling add 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, Milk is turn to curding then switch of the flame. Take musli clothes pour curding milk in cloths and keep a side for 30 minutes. Then take mixture jar add above make paneer in jar , pinch salt, venila accence and mix it till smooth paste. After that keep in freeze for 30 minutes and then Add 2 tbsp butter , icing sugar and mix well then divide in 3 parts, One parts add green color, second part add orange color 3 color frosting is ready , Now icing ghevar with home made cream cheese and garnish with nuts.
