- Toast black sesame seeds with low heat until they sizzle and smell very fragrant. Set them aside and allow to cool.
- In a bowl add – Condensed milk, activated charcoal powder, salt, sesame oil and spirit and mix well.
- In a food processor, add the toasted sesame seeds along with cold milk to blend it into a smooth paste. Add this to the condensed milk bowl, mix well and keep aside.
- Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the cream with black sesame mixture.
- Pour in a mold and tightly cover with a cling wrap. Freeze overnight. Enjoy the nutty creamy sesame ice-cream with some hot crispy waffle cone!
- Tip – - Though its optional, adding activated charcoal darkens the colour without changing any taste & - Alcohol lowers the freezing point, thus enhancing the flavor & texture by keeping the ice cream smooth & creamy.
