Ingredients

  • Baby Corn - 20pcs
  • Maida-3tbsp
  • Cornflour-1tbsp
  • Oil for Frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Maggi magic masala-2sachet
  • Chopped green coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  • Semi boil babycorn with little salt and allow to rest in strainer to remove excess water.
  • Mix maida, cornflour, one sachet of maggi magic masala and oil together,add little water accordingly and make fine and smooth paste.
  • Now dip each baby corn in prepared dip and deep fry them in oil till golden brown in colour.
  • Place in serving dish, sprinkle maggi masala and green coriander and serve hot.

Notes/Tips

Semi boiling makes baby corn soft and easy to fry.
