- Semi boil babycorn with little salt and allow to rest in strainer to remove excess water.
- Mix maida, cornflour, one sachet of maggi magic masala and oil together,add little water accordingly and make fine and smooth paste.
- Now dip each baby corn in prepared dip and deep fry them in oil till golden brown in colour.
- Place in serving dish, sprinkle maggi masala and green coriander and serve hot.
