  • Tofu
  • Oil
  • Lemon
  • Spring onions
  • Corinader
  • Corinader powder
  • Salt
  • Tomatoes
  • Turmeric powder
  • Onion
  • Green chillies

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions and saute it, later add green chillies, turmeric powder, tomatoes and cook it for 1-2 minutes. To it add tofu, coriander powder, salt and saute it. Atlast add coriander leaves, spring onions, lime juice and saute it, later switch off flame. And serve hot.
