- For tokari in bowl add Maida salt mix well add spoon full of hot oil mix well add paan puree gently mix for smooth dough and set aside.
- Roll the dough into thick roti punch holes all over cover same over small cup out layer.Deep fry the tokari as it separate cup remove it fry tokari crispy.
- For plating place tokari add scoop of ice cream top up with gulkand garnish with honey serve chilled
