Prepeared dough
Filling
Grilled chicken
1 green bellpepper
2 tbsp tom yum paste
2 tbsp chedder cheese
Basting
Eggwash

Instructions

I use prepeared pizza dough from freezer.let it defrost for sometime then roll it.
Make it smooth round flatbread. Then cut round circles with the help.of cutter.place these dough circle inside greased cup cake mould.
Spread paste over base of dough. Add shredded grilled chicken and chopped bellpepper.add cheese in each cup.brush with eggwash.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 20 min.as the base is done and cheese melts to shiny golden brown turn off heat.enjoy.
