Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 5 Tomatoes
  • 5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Instructions

  • Take oil in pan, put mustard seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves and chopped ginger. Saute them together.
  • Add tomatoes and mix along to make a thick paste.
  • Add red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar.
  • Saute thoroughly and it is ready to serve.
