Ingredients

  • Ripe Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Red pepper
  • White bread
  • Garlic
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  • Place the tomatoes, onion,red pepper, garlic and bread in the food processor and blend in until smooth.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together and stir into the Gazpacho. Chill until ready to use.

Notes/Tips

Can be serve with garlic bread or soup sticks.
