- Cut the Tomatoes add them to a small blender and grind to a smooth paste.
- Put Kadaai on a low flame heat one tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds and crackle them.
- Then add the Tomato paste which we made mix well.
- Saute for 3 - 4 minutes on a low flame. Put salt to taste add turmeric powder and chilli powder
- Check the taste and add more salt if required and garnish with curry leaves.
- The Tomato chutney is done and ready to be served with idly or dosa or rice or chappathi
