- Heat coconut oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Then add the curry leaves, dry red chillies, chopped green chilly, ginger, garlic and saute for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and saute on medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce heat then pour thick curd and cook for 2 minutes.Switch off the flame and stir for 2 minutes. Garnish the curry with curry leaves. The tasty Tomato Curd Curry is ready.
