  • Tamarind
  • Gingerly oil
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Mustard seed's
  • Hing

Instructions

  • Heat 1/4 cup oil in a Kadai, add in Tomatoes, Tamarind.
  • Salt and mix well cove and Cook till it Softens.
  • Keep cooking till oil sperate cool It Down take it in a Blender puree till Coaser.
  • Heat 1/4 Cup of oil in the same pan add Mustard, Head dal and hing.
  • Add The tomato puree and chilli powder and Cook till oil Separate.
