  • Cooked sevai
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric
  • Carrot
  • Salt
  • Corinader
  • Oil
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Urad dal
  • Chana dal
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Soak in hot water for 15-20 mins. After that, it will be soft and dry absorbing all the water. Chop onion, tomato finely, carrots very finely and slit green chillies. Temper with Fry onion till oil, mustard,urad dal,chana dal,curry leaves,hing.transparent, add the carrots, fry for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes,red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Mix well and cook until mushy. Add the chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. Add cooked sevai and mix well.Give 2 minutes standing time before serving. Serve hot.
