  • Ginger garlic
  • Corinader
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Garam masala
  • Tomatoes
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Dugar
  • Mint

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masala, cumin seeds, pepper corns, coriander, ginger, garlic, turmeric, Cook for a minute and add green chilies, roots and stems of mint and coriander, small tomatoes, water, put the lid on simmer for 15 min. Strain this and boil once again add sugar, salt. Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, thin slices of garlic, chopped coriander leaves, cook this in the butter, pour the tadaka in to the shorba.
