Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • Carrot
  • Beetroot
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ginger paste
  • Jaggery
  • Ghee
  • Clove
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Washed n chopped tomatoes n carrots n beetroot.
  • Put them in pressure cooker n add 2 cups of water n get 4 whistle.
  • Remove tomato skin n blender it with water.
  • Strain it. Heat ghee in a pan n add cinnamon n clove in it.
  • Now add tomatoes gravy in it n mix well.
  • Add salt n Red chillies powder n jaggery in it.
  • Boiled some time n it will be ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Served with garnish Cream as you want n Toast..
