  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Bay leaf
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Maida
  • Mixed herbs
  • Sugar cream
  • Bread

Instructions

  • Take a hot pan and add butter, garlic, bay leaf, pepper corns, onions, tomato pieces, salt and saute it for 2-3 minute then add water and again cook it for 5 min then switch off the flame. After cooking of 5 mins remove the bay leaf and transfer into a blender to make a fine paste. Take the same pan and add butter, all purpose flour and mix it thoroughly and add water very slowly and keep mixing it, so that it doesn't form lumps. Now strain the tomato soup with the help of strainer and again boil for 3 mins and add salt, mixed herbs, sugar and again boil it for 2-3 mins then switch off the flame. Then add cream in it and mix it thoroughly then transfer it into serve bowl and add roasted bread pieces in it. Then finally garnish with mint leaf on it, tasty tomato soup is ready to serve.
