- Take a pan and fry mava or khoya in it for around 3-4 minutes or until it changes its colour.
- When mava gets fully melted and change its colour then add coconut, Raisins, black pepper, melon seeds and dry fruits.
- Now add sugar in each portion and mix it well.
- Mix it well and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into three portion and add green and orange color and mix it properly.
- Take pan off the gas and cool the mixture slightly.
- Now make laddu according to the size as you require.
- Garnish with grated coconut and enjoy.
