- Boil the water
- Roast the Sooji (rava)
- Transfer to the boil water. Mix well to avoid lumps.Allowed the Sooji(rava) to Cook well.
- Add sugar and mix well. Add elacchi powder
- Divide into three equal parts. Add green Colour in one part, add Saffron Colour in Second part. Last one remains white(not adding any colour)
- Place it in a plate. Decorate with three colours -National Flag, National bird, National Flower
