Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup paneer cubes
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp oregano seasoning
  • Butter as needed
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • Water for kneading
  • Yogurt 2tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Take 2 cups wheat flour and add olive oil, salt and oregano to it and mix well.
  • Add yogurt and mix well. Gradually add warm water to knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 2 hours
  • Flatten the dough and prick using a fork.
  • Apply pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with yellow bell pepper on one side. Paneer cubes in the middle and green capsicum on another side.
  • Sprinkle butter and oregano
  • Place in a preheated kadhai and bake for 45 minutes at a low medium flame. And tricolour pizza is ready.
