- Take 2 cups wheat flour and add olive oil, salt and oregano to it and mix well.
- Add yogurt and mix well. Gradually add warm water to knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 2 hours
- Flatten the dough and prick using a fork.
- Apply pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with yellow bell pepper on one side. Paneer cubes in the middle and green capsicum on another side.
- Sprinkle butter and oregano
- Place in a preheated kadhai and bake for 45 minutes at a low medium flame. And tricolour pizza is ready.
