- 1) First roast suji then take it out. 2) Then put a kadhai add oil then add bay leaves and kaju then add milk and leave it for boiling then add suji and mix well at low flame until it was fully cooked and take it out in a plate . 3) then seperate it differently Add saffron food colour in one amount. Then add green food colour in another amount. And keep some amount like that. 4) Make small small balls from all the three suji dough and roll it in palm so that it will come flag shape and place a black pepper in middle and your tricolour suji peda was ready.
