Truffle dessert delight

Ingredients

  • Black forest Cake Crumbs
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Whipped Cream
  • Cherry
  • Dark chocolate
  • White chocolate
  • Compound chocolate

Instructions

  • Take a tea cup and put 4 - 5 tablespoons of crumbled cake.
  • Take some cherries and cut them in small pieces . Layer the crumbs with cherry ( according to taste)
  • Add a layer of whipped cream
  • Add a Thin layer of chocolate ganache ( to make chocolate ganache melt some compound chocolate and mix it with amul fresh Cream)
  • Add some chocolate crumbs ( 4 tbsp) I used a mixture of both, White as well as dark chocolate ( I used homemade chocolate , however you can use the market one as well
  • Now add a thick layer of chocolate ganache ( according to taste)
  • Add a last layer of whipped cream You can directly put it, or put cream in a piping bag and use different shaped nozzles of your preference as I did
  • Now top it with cherry and a chocolate leaf
  • To make the chocolate leaf , take a natural leaf and cover it With melted compound chocolate. Refrigerate for about a minute or two. Then remove the leaf from the chocolate carefully
  • You can add more chocolate leaf Or different shaped chocolate If you want
  • Enjoy.

Notes/Tips

I used homemade black forest cake and chocolate . You can use the market ones as well.
