- Chop turai in long pieces. In a mixer, jar adds fresh coconut, red chilli powder, red chilli powder, kokum, garlic cloves, black peppercorns. Blend to smooth paste.
- In a deep pan add oil, once hot add mustard and cumin seeds. let it splutter. Add chopped onion saute well. Add blended paste.mix well
- Saute till it leaves oil. Add chopped turai.mix well. add water and salt. Cover it with a lid cook for 10 minutes or till it cooks perfectly.
- Enjoy hot with anything.
