Ingredients

  • 200 gms multi grain atta
  • 2 spoons ridge gourd paste if boile
  • 100 ml ridge gourd juice
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/4 spoon jeera
  • 1 spoon oil

Instructions

  • Mix the multi-grains atta + turai paste with one spoon of any oil, jeera with turai juice no water, rest it for 10 minutes.
  • The prepared rotis will be different taste and healthy.
