Ingredients

  • Full cream milk
  • Sugar
  • Custard powder ( vanilla flavour)
  • Thicken cream
  • Tutti Fruti

Instructions

  • In a heavy bottom pot boil 2 cups of full cream milk. Stirring occasionally. When it comes to boil add sugar and stir well. ( Add more sugar if you want)
  • In a small bowl dissolve 2 tbsp custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk. Stir well to get lump free custard milk.
  • Keeping the flame low add prepared custard powder milk into boiling milk. Stir continuously. Keep stirring till the milk thicknesses. Keep aside to cool completely.
  • In another bowl take 1/4 cup thickened cream. Beat well with a hand blender till stiff peaks appear.
  • Further add in prepared custard milk once it is completely cool down. Mix well making sure the milk and whipped cream is well combined.
  • Beat well with hand blender for a minute.
  • Add hand full of tutti Fruti and mix well.
  • Transfer the prepared mixture into popsicle mould. Cover with lid and freeze for 8 hrs. or till it sets completely.
  • Finally remove from mould and serve it and enjoy it.
