- To prepare the wet ingredients in a bowl add Chopped ripe bananas into a mixing bowl and mix it along with sieved sugar and condensed milk.
- Add oil, vinella extract, curd into to wet ingredients mixing bowl one after the other.
- To prepare the dry ingredients in another large bowl sift together atta, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder cardamom powder and salt. Mix well.
- Now add dried mixed fruits, raisins, tutti frutti, chopped almonds, and fold in till they are properly coated with the refined flour.
- Further add the dried ingredients into the wet ingredients in two batches and gently fold them in. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter in a cake tin lined with parchment paper. Smoothen the top of the cake with the back of a spoon. Tap it couple of times to remove any air bubbles.
- Bake it in an conventional oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
- .Use toothpick to check whether cake is completely baked. Allow it to cool.
- Turn it over and serve it.
