  • Atta
  • Condensed milk
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Vanilla essence
  • Cardamom powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • Oil
  • Tuti fruti
  • Raisins
  • Chopped almonds
  • Ripe Bananas

Instructions

  • To prepare the wet ingredients in a bowl add Chopped ripe bananas into a mixing bowl and mix it along with sieved sugar and condensed milk.
  • Add oil, vinella extract, curd into to wet ingredients mixing bowl one after the other.
  • To prepare the dry ingredients in another large bowl sift together atta, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder cardamom powder and salt. Mix well.
  • Now add dried mixed fruits, raisins, tutti frutti, chopped almonds, and fold in till they are properly coated with the refined flour.
  • Further add the dried ingredients into the wet ingredients in two batches and gently fold them in. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter in a cake tin lined with parchment paper. Smoothen the top of the cake with the back of a spoon. Tap it couple of times to remove any air bubbles.
  • Bake it in an conventional oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
  • .Use toothpick to check whether cake is completely baked. Allow it to cool.
  • Turn it over and serve it.

Notes/Tips

Do allow the cake to cool after baking.
