Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Refined flour
  • Custard powder
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Pineapple essence
  • Tutti frutti
  • Cashewnut
  • Milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl with electric beater beat powdered sugar and butter till whitish
  • Now to this add sieved refined flour ,custard powder,baking powder and baking soda
  • Now mix all this with spatula
  • To this add tutti frutti and cashewnut and pineapple essence and mix well with spatula
  • Add milk to this make a dough in cylindrical roll
  • Cover this cylindrical roll in cling film
  • Keep this dough in refrigerator for 1 hr
  • Now uncover it and cut it into thick slices
  • Now keep these slices into greased baking tray
  • Now bake it at 170 degree for 15 minutes
  • Serve it once it comes to room temperature/ fill it in jar once it comes to room temerature

Notes/Tips

U can add 3 tbsp milk if needed instead of 2 tbsp milk
