  • Maida
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • Curd
  • Milk
  • Vinegar
  • Orange food colour
  • Tutti frutti
  • Mixed fruit Essence

Instructions

  • Sieve together maida, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. In a bowl, beat curd and sugar together to sugar dissolves. Add mixed fruit essence and oil. Beat further for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients along with milk and mix. Add in the tutti frutti. Gently stir to mix it uniformly in the batter. Finally add vinegar and mix well. Pour the batter into muffin tray lined with cupcake liners. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. take it out of oven Cool on the wire rack and enjoy.
