- Bring milk to a boil. Boil for 15 mins on low, stirring occasionally. Add orange colour soon after the milk has been boiled. Mix corn flour in 1/2 a cup cold milk and keep aside. Add sugar to the milk and stir. Add corn flour paste, stirring continuously, till boiling resumes. Boil for a further 4-5 mins and take off fire. Cool to room temperature and freeze in a covered tray, till set. Break into pieces and beat with an egg beater till soft. Add tutti-frutti pieces while folding in the cream. Add cream and essence and mix well. Reset in the freezer till frozen. Serve chilled.
