  • Ripe Mango (Alphonso works best but any sweet vari
  • Melon
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Chill your diced mango and melon in a freezer for 8 hrs.
  • After 8 hrs, take out the diced mango, put it in a mixer/ food processor jar, add 1 tsp lemon juice and churn until its texture turns creamy. You might face some difficulty in the beginning as the mango cubes are frozen. But you’ll get the desired texture
  • Scoop out and enjoy your Yummylicious Mango Sorbet. It is an amazing healthy substitute for Mango Ice cream.
  • Repeat Step 2 for melon to get your Majestic Melon Sorbet.

Notes/Tips

Instead of melon you can use watermelon to make your Wonderful Watermelon Sorbet. Try to deseed the watermelon – I know it’s a slightly messy task but it’ll help in getting the creamy texture of the sorbet.
