  • Moong dal 2 spoon
  • Cucumber grated 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice 2-3 spoon
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Pomegranate 1 cup
  • Coconut 1/2 cup
  • Beans carrot potatoes peas one cup
  • Besan flour 1 cup
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Green chillies few
  • Toor dal 1/2 cup
  • Chana dal 1/2 cup
  • Maida 2 cup
  • Jaggery 1 cup
  • Elachi powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Raw mango 1 cup
  • Seasoning mustard curry leaves chana dal urad dal
  • Raw banana 1
  • Cooked rice 1 cup

Instructions

  • Kosambari in bowl add soak moong dal green chilli salt lemon juice coconut grated cucumber mix well do the seasoning with mustard curry leaves.
  • Salad - sweet corn pomegranate lime juice coconut salt mix well.
  • Palya- in tawa do seasoning with mustard chana dal curry leaves green chillies add chopped vegetables like carrots beans potatoes peas add water untill it soak vegetables add salt coconut allow to cook and evaporate water.
  • Bhaji - in bowl add besan flour salt chilli powder hot oil bit of baking soda add required amount of water for a batter dip the chopped raw bananas and deep fry.
  • Obattu huruna -soak chana dal tur dal for 1 hrs drain and cook them with enough water. Strain them graind along with jaggery elachi powder with out water set aside.
  • Obattu kanika In bowl add Maida pinch of salt turmeric powder mix well to for roti dough soak same in water for an hour strain same mix some oil keep aside
  • To make obattu fill obattu hurna in kanika and roll out to roti put on tava and bake both side.
  • Mango rice- in pan add seasoning with oil mustard curry leaves peanuts green chillies raw mango salute for few minutes add turmeric powder salt mix well add cooked rice mix well garnish with coriander.
