Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 4 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Melted jaggery or as needed
  • Few cashew nuts (crushed)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine bananas and mashed it with masher. Then add rice flour, maida. Mix...it well. Add melted jaggery as needed.
  • Add 1/s tsp salt to balance the sweetness. Crushed cashew nuts. Mix.. it well and make a thick batter. Once it is done.Keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in the unniyappam pan and pour the batter using spoon. Cook it both the sides on low flame. Once it is donne.
  • Transfer to a serving plate.....Serve....hot...Unniyappam with your family member and friends
