- In a bowl combine bananas and mashed it with masher. Then add rice flour, maida. Mix...it well. Add melted jaggery as needed.
- Add 1/s tsp salt to balance the sweetness. Crushed cashew nuts. Mix.. it well and make a thick batter. Once it is done.Keep aside.
- Heat ghee in the unniyappam pan and pour the batter using spoon. Cook it both the sides on low flame. Once it is donne.
- Transfer to a serving plate.....Serve....hot...Unniyappam with your family member and friends
