  • Rawa (sooji)
  • Curd
  • Water
  • Eno salt
  • Salt
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Tomato finely chopped
  • French beans finely chopped
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot finely chopped
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Tomato sauce
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Once it is baked,take out and let cool.Demould and turn it upside down. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snacks.

Notes/Tips

This cake can be steamed as well just like dhokla.This almost no oil cake is perfect for the scorching heat when we dont want to spend too much time sweating in front of our gas burner.
