- Grate potatoes in a plate, add sama and sabudana powder , peanut powder, jeera powder, kalimarchipowder, lemon juice and salt and mix together
- Then form nuggets from the mixture and keep in fridge for 5 min
- Now in a kadai put oil and once it's hot deep fry all the nuggets till golden brown in colour . Place hot nuggets on tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Upvas nuggets are ready to serve. Enjoy upvas nuggets with green chutney
