Ingredients

  • 250 gm Chane urad daal
  • water
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turneric powder
  • Oil
  • Chopped onion
  • Garlic ginger paste
  • Tomatoes

Instructions

  • Boil the urad chane daal in cooker, add salt in it Turn off flame after 4-5 whistles Heat a pan Add oil in it Add crushed garlics Add ginger paste
  • Then add chopped onions Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder Add tomatoes Fry until it becomes soft
  • Then add tadka in boiled daal Garnish with coriander leaves

Have it with chapatis
