  • Oil
  • Urad dal
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Maida
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add urad dal, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, salt, garam masala and saute it. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt, little oil, water and mix nicely to make a soft dough, later keep aside for 5 minutes. Take small portion of dough and press it using hands and stuff urad dal mixture and close edges, again press it into flat round shape kachori. Heat oil in a pan and place kachori and deep fry it on slow flame. Transfer to a paper towel and serve it.
