Ingredients

  • Dosa batter 2 bowl
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Gratted Cheese as required for sprinkle
  • Cheese uttapam : Cheese herb masala 1 tsp
  • Cheese corn uttapam: Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  • Cheese herb masala 1 tsp
  • Corn peri peri uttapam : Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  • Peri peri masala 1 tsp
  • Cheese capsicum uttapam : Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder

Instructions

  • Cheese uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle Cheese herb masala on it and cook it. Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it.
  • Cheese Corn uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle sweet corn and Cheese herb masala on it and cook it. Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it even Cheese herb masala.
  • Corn peri peri uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle some sweet corn and peri peri masala on it and cook it. Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it even peri peri masala.
  • Cheese Capsicum Uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle some capsicum, salt and red chilli powder, cook it Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it.

Notes/Tips

Serve it warm, otherwise it will be chewy.
