  • Dosa batter 2 bowl
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Gratted Cheese as required for sprinkle
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder to sprinkle
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp+ 2 tbsp
  • Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Boiled sweet corn 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp

Instructions

  • Cheese onion Uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle some onion, salt and red chilli powder, cook it Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it.
  • Cheese tomato Uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle some tomato, salt and red chilli powder, cook it Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it.
  • Cheese mix uttapam Spread the batter on dosa tawa, then sprinkle some onion, tomato, sweet corn and capsicum, salt and red chilli powder, cook it Remove from flame and sprinkle Gratted Cheese on it.
  • Schezwan Uttapam Spread the batter on the tawa, Spread the Schezwan sauce on it and all the vegetables on it again Spread the Schezwan sauce and cook it. Remove from flame and sprinkle the cheese on it.

Notes/Tips

Vegetables of ur choice can be added in it.
