  • 4 Pav
  • For batter
  • 100 gms Gram flour
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • pinch Baking soda
  • As taste Salt
  • as required Water
  • For vada
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1 Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped ginger small piece
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • pinch Hing
  • 2 Boiled potatoes
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions

  • In a bowl add gram flour and all the incrediance and water make a batter.
  • In a Kadai add oil, mustard seeds, chilli, ginger, curry leaves, Turmeric powder, hing and salt saute few minutes and then add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves.
  • In potatoes mixture. Take a small portion make a ball one by one. And put in batter and apply the batter all the sides.
  • In a pan add oil put the Vada cook till light golden in colour in slow flame.
  • Take a pav cut in center apply oneside coriander chutney. Another side apply peanut chutney. In centre put Vada.
