- In a bowl add gram flour and all the incrediance and water make a batter.
- In a Kadai add oil, mustard seeds, chilli, ginger, curry leaves, Turmeric powder, hing and salt saute few minutes and then add boiled potatoes and coriander leaves.
- In potatoes mixture. Take a small portion make a ball one by one. And put in batter and apply the batter all the sides.
- In a pan add oil put the Vada cook till light golden in colour in slow flame.
- Take a pav cut in center apply oneside coriander chutney. Another side apply peanut chutney. In centre put Vada.
