Ingredients

  • 7-8 Garlic cloves ,5-6 red dried chillies
  • 2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder, 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  • Take a pan. Add oil. Once the oil is hot, add garlic, chilies, and coconut. Roast it for some time. Switch off the flame. Let it cool.
  • Grind it in the mixie jar.
  • Add red chili powder and salt. Ready to use.
