- First a mixture of besan with all and deep fry like pakora it is called chura which mix with coriander leaves in mixsi and make a dry chutney for spreading Vada. Boil potato peel of it skin and mix all spices and coriander leaves and give a shape of tikki and deep fry it . Make green and mithi chutney . Take a Vada add sukhi chura chutney and place a tikki .and eat with both chutney.
