- Keep a sauce pan on a low flame add in 3tbsp of ghee add sooji/semolina, fry nicely on low flame until you get good aroma
- Take out in a plate add two cups of water in the same pan. when water starts to boil add in fried suji keep stirring, until water evaporates, now add sugar and 2 tbsp of ghee, red food colour and cardamom powder keep stirring until halwa starts to leave the edges of pan.
- Take out in a serving plate, let it cool down a bit, give halwa,a heart shape with hands, garnish with some chopped almonds and pomegranate seeds.your Valentine's special sooji/semolina halwa is ready
