- Recipe to make burfi :- 1. First of all, grate the Beetroot and carrot and next take a pan and keep it on low medium flame. Add 1 tbsp ghee and put the grated Beetroot,Carrot and coconut in the pan. Saute well and put a lid on it for five minutes, so that it will cooked completely due to the vapours inside the pan.
- Second step, after five minutes take out the lid from the pan. Now again mix it well, add almonds, walnuts and cashew which were finely chopped. Keep some part of the nuts for garnishing. Now, Again mix it well and add cardamom powder. Saute well. At last add rosewater. And at last, add the sugar and mix it well.
- To make burfi :- Grease a plate with ghee and put the stuff immediately after turning the gas burner/induction off, which we made in the second step. And garnish with some chopped almonds,walnuts and cashew. And hence your Valentine special nutritious burfi is done.... I love this recipe very much that, I make every time whenever I want to make something sweet but full of nutrients.
