  • Milk
  • Pistachios
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • I have used full cream milk and boiled it in nonstick kadai. Keep stiring it continously so it doesnt stick the base. After stiring malai will be forming and then still mix it. After sometime it forms thick. Blanch pistas and peel it off.
  • Add Chopped pistachios to it. Garnish with full pistas and serve chilled.
  • Enjoyy the chilled Rabdi with ur loved one's this Valentine season!!!!

Notes/Tips

Keep in lower flame for best taste and adjust sugar as per Sweetness Dont burn while making It use blanched pistachios only for best taste
