Ingredients

  • Wheat flour(or) refined flour - 1½ cup
  • Butter - ½ cup
  • Chocolate - 100gms
  • Cocoa powder - 3.5 tbsp
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1tsp
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Baking soda - ½tsp
  • Yogurt - 2tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • White chocolate - 1 cup
  • Strawberries - 1 cup

Instructions

  • To prepare eggless chocolate brownies, we need to first preheat the oven at 180° for about 5 minutes.
  • Now mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl - flour,cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder.
  • Now sift the mixture and set aside.
  • Now take a bowl add chocolate and   butter together and melt it , meanwhile grease the baking tin with butter paper.
  • Now take the chocolate mixture out and mix well , after mixing add sugar , vanilla essence, whisked yogurt and ½cup milk together and mix it very well.
  • Now add flour mixture in it and mix until a consistency of a batter little thicker than cake batter is formed , pour this mixture into greased tin , tap it 2 to 3 times , then bake it in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 min at 180°.
  • For making ganache, boil the remaining milk and melt white chocolate. Add strawberry puree and mix well till it thickens.
  • Pour the ganache over the brownie. Cut the brownie in heart shape and decorate with strawberries.

Notes/Tips

1. Consistency of the batter must be little thicker than the cake batter. 2. Allow the brownie to be cool for atleast 30 minutes.
