- To prepare eggless chocolate brownies, we need to first preheat the oven at 180° for about 5 minutes.
- Now mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl - flour,cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder.
- Now sift the mixture and set aside.
- Now take a bowl add chocolate and butter together and melt it , meanwhile grease the baking tin with butter paper.
- Now take the chocolate mixture out and mix well , after mixing add sugar , vanilla essence, whisked yogurt and ½cup milk together and mix it very well.
- Now add flour mixture in it and mix until a consistency of a batter little thicker than cake batter is formed , pour this mixture into greased tin , tap it 2 to 3 times , then bake it in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 min at 180°.
- For making ganache, boil the remaining milk and melt white chocolate. Add strawberry puree and mix well till it thickens.
- Pour the ganache over the brownie. Cut the brownie in heart shape and decorate with strawberries.
