Flour 1cup
Sugar3/4cup
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Milk 3/4cup
Vinegar1tsp
Vanila essence 2tsp

Instructions

Sift the flour baking soda, baking powder ,mix well and keep it aside
Stir in the vinegar into milk and set it aside around 2min when it curdle add oil, vanilla ,sugar, and mix it well
Now add dry ingredients to this mixture Mix it well
Fill the cupcake liners till 3/4th portion
Preheat the oven at 180degree celcius

Notes/Tips

Don't overmix the batter And avoid High temperature
