  • 1/2 cup black grapes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream powder
  • 1/4 cup chilled milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Make a black grape puree with fresh grapes. Add the partially blended grapes in a pan and add sugar and cook till it thickens. Keep aside and allow to cool.
  • Add the whipping cream powder in chilled milk and beat with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff, a bit like clotted cream.
  • Put the condensed milk and whip again.
  • Add 1 tbsp vanilla extract and give a nice mix. Transfer half portion to a fridge container.
  • Add in portions the grape puree and the rainbow sprinkles. Then add the remaining mixture and spread uniformly. Repeat the grape puree and rainbow sprinkles.
  • Scrape into a freezer container, cover with cling film and freeze until solid. After 3 hour take out and mix once again with a spoon and keep overnight. Enjoy your scoops with sauce of your choice.
