- In a bowl mix curd, milk, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well and keep it aside. Dont worry it will become frothy.
- In a separate bowl add maida and sugar. Mix well. Add butter and mix using your fingers to the dry mix. It will get that sandy texture.
- Add vanilla essence to the wet mix and pour the wet mix over dry mix.
- Mix with light hands and only till you dont see large maida pockets. The batter will be thick
- Line your cupcakes linners and fill them equally. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 min in otg. Keep an eye check because everyone’s electricals works differently.
- And they are ready.
