- Keep the vannila Ice-cream in room temperature...so that it melts.
- Sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda for 3-4 times.
- Mix powdered sugar with melted icecream.
- Mix sieved flour with melted icecream and powdered sugar. Consistency should be thick smooth texture without lumps.
- Grease baking tin with oil.
- Preheat oven at 170'c.
- Pour the batter in greased tin.
- Bake at 170'c for 30-35 minutes / until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Once baked demold after 10 minutes. Allow it to cool down completely on wire rack.
