Ingredients

  • 250 gms - ice cream
  • 125 gms - whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons - powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon - oil for greasing baking tin
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Keep the vannila Ice-cream in room temperature...so that it melts.
  • Sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda for 3-4 times.
  • Mix powdered sugar with melted icecream.
  • Mix sieved flour with melted icecream and powdered sugar. Consistency should be thick smooth texture without lumps.
  • Grease baking tin with oil.
  • Preheat oven at 170'c.
  • Pour the batter in greased tin.
  • Bake at 170'c for 30-35 minutes / until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Once baked demold after 10 minutes. Allow it to cool down completely on wire rack.
