  • Jaggery
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Hing
  • Cumin
  • Ghee
  • Toor dal
  • Coriander
  • Green chillies

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, saute it. When cumin seeds splutter, add green chilly, asafoetida, turmeric powder, saute it. Then add boiled toor dal, jaggery, salt, once it comes to boil. At last, add chopped coriander leaves, then switch off the flame.serve with rice.
